The Change a Heart Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on changing hearts and saving lives through domestic and international relief efforts.
About CHF
We believe that if you can change a heart, you can change the world. We believe that no child should suffer from malnutrition, die from water-borne illnesses, or sleep without shelter.
CHF is committed to grassroots organizing and fundraising. Working with small teams of volunteers, and in collaboration with other NGOs, CHF is able to provide life-changing and life-saving support to multiple countries on almost every continent.
Our Initiatives
Transformation Trips
Our Transformation Trips send volunteers into communities where they are needed most. These immersive experiences create lasting change for both the volunteers and the communities they serve, building bridges of understanding and compassion across cultures.
River Water
The River Water initiative provides clean, safe drinking water to communities around the globe. Access to clean water is a fundamental human right, and our projects have brought relief to thousands of families in need.
